Chris, a graduate of St. John’s Prep in Danvers and College of the Holy Cross in Worcester where he double majored in English and an interdisciplinary degree in Environmental Architecture didn’t waste a minute after college and already has over eight solid years of experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar projects.
Chris comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, self-starters, business owners and builders; he’s a natural fit for the industry and his successes tell the story. Highlights of his accomplishments already reflect what you would expect from someone with a much longer history.
After 5 years with a highly regarded construction company, where he, in his words, “touched a remarkable amount of interesting and fulfilling work”. He advanced quickly and was ultimately running their custom homes work where he was the point-of-contact for their various ultra-high net worth individuals. Residential projects included renovations with budgets exceeding $1,000/sf, new homes with nearly 8-figure contracts, and fast-tracked projects requiring the implementation of over $3,000,000 worth of work in a 6-month schedule.
When that company made the shift from residential to commercial, Chris had to follow his passion so he stayed true to his roots and made the entrepreneurial move to co-founding his own construction firm where learned all the aspects of business ownership. These experiences gave Chris an exceptional skill set that he puts to good use as a Project Manager for Windhill Builders!
Fun facts about Chris: He bought, renovated and sold two homes already, lives in Ipswich with his wife and two children and he can speak Spanish conversationally!
